We can help children to
love being active

Children are less active than they were 20 years ago. It’s a fact.

As a nation, we have some of the worst child obesity in the western world. 1 in 3 children now leave primary school overweight or obese.

Plus, 1 in 5 girls and 1 in 4 boys don’t do any sport outside of school.

Yet, there is so much research that active kids do better:

Better academic performance. Better behaviour. Better health. Better lives.

Our mission is to cheerlead all the benefits of being active and reverse the decline of physical activity by working with schools and in our local community to not only provide opportunities but help children to enjoy being active.

HERE'S WHAT OUR
CUSTOMERS
SAY...

We are so pleased with Progressive Sports. The service and coaches are completely professional, extremely hard working, they’re very prepared, and they come in with everything. They’ve added real value to the school and the children.

Lorna White Headteacher, St Anthony's Catholic Primary School - Anerley, London

“Progressive Sports led a very successful competition day at Hob Hill Primary. As well as them organising an enjoyable day of athletics for the children, they also brought two athletes, who inspired the children – and staff! Daniel Caines provided awe and wonder to the children, sharing his experiences as a medal winning international athlete, while Robbie Gleeson showed that children how an aspiring young sportsman can progress in his field. The event was really well run, great fun, and is what we have come to expect from the PS coaches.”

Ben Preston Headteacher - Hob Hill Primary

We have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff working in the school. They have integrated themselves into our school family and promote the school’s behaviour policy and and virtues. Progressive Kids has allowed us to enhance our extra curricular offer, giving the children in our care more opportunity to participate in a wider range of sporting activities. I would highly recommend Progressive Kids and we look forward to continuing to strengthen the provision we offer.

David Jobburns Head at St Joseph's RC Primary

As a new school, it was important to us that we could not only support working parents within the community but also offer an extended and enriched curriculum to our children.

Progressive Kids have been a brilliant addition to our team, offering wraparound care each day and throughout the holidays. We are looking forward to working together.

Richard Storer Head at Anna Seward Primary
