PLEASE read the revised conditions of sale and the new guidelines before booking – thank you.
We are pleased to be able to announce that we are putting this HALF TERM Holiday Club on Sale – subject to a minimum of 15 children attending.
Due to the increased costs, additional staffing levels and limited spaces available, the viability of this course relies on a minimum of 15 attendees. Accordingly bookings are not refundable and we are unable to offer discounts. However, if the course is cancelled due to it’s viability, then full refunds will be issued.
You can now book one, two or three of the remaining days available
Your Drop off and Collection Time
This will need to be strictly adhered to as we are not able to sign children in to their group any earlier than the published start time or once activities have begun. You will also have a 20-minute window to drop off and collect your children and unfortunately we cannot allow any deviation to this due to social distance restrictions. Children picked up later that the designated time would unfortunately lose their place for the rest of the week.

Here’s a summary of the revised guidelines for HALF TERM Holiday Clubs
Children will be kept in a bubble of 15 children all week.
We’ll be operating staggered drop off and pick up times for each bubble.
Hand washing stations will be used regularly throughout the day.
Areas and equipment will be cleaned at least 3 times per day.
Our team have completed training on the management and prevention of COVID-19.
Children will be signed in and out electronically.
Only certain activities will be delivered to ensure there is minimal contact between children.

Terms & Conditions:
1 - All applications must be accompanied by payment in full for the appropriate course. 2 - Any cancellations made 7 days prior the course starting are non-refundable. 3 - Any cancellations made before the 7 days prior to the course starting will carry a £10.00 admin fee. 4 - For the avoidance of doubt, no refund is permitted for failure to attend the course. 5 - In the event that a participant needs medical treatment during any course then you agree to us arranging for any appropriate and necessary treatment. 6 - We do not accept any responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property other than to the extent it results from our negligence. 7 - The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked on the course to any property or facilities will be passed on to you. 8 - Children who are attending the course must be toilet trained. 9 - These terms and conditions and your booking shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
